About the role
Al Futtaim is seeking a Security Manager to oversee all security operations at Doha Festival City Mall. The role covers protection of people, assets and information against threats including physical assault, fraud and espionage. The post also coordinates event management and traffic with city management, police and civil defence.
Main responsibilities
- Plan, direct and oversee comprehensive security systems, including CCTV and entry controls
- Direct personal security for mall visitors and manage surveillance of suspects and premises
- Handle, store and destroy classified materials and notify providers of security weaknesses
- Plan and manage traffic, security and parking during events with city management, police and civil defence
- Chair all-department security briefings before and on the day of events and inspect sites before and after events
- Act as key liaison with police, civil defence and contractors, and report criminal information to authorities
