About the role
Leads organisation-wide policy management, compliance advisory and monitoring of adherence to internal policies and regulations. The role also leads independent investigations into misconduct and compliance concerns.
Main responsibilities
- Lead development and maintenance of organisation-wide policies and procedures
- Provide advisory support to business units on policy interpretation
- Monitor, test and report on policy adherence and compliance gaps
- Lead fair and independent investigations into misconduct and conflicts of interest
- Recommend policy and control enhancements based on investigation findings
- Escalate significant compliance risks to management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Policy, Law or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience leading corporate investigations and compliance assessments
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
- Strong report writing, analytical and presentation skills
