About the role

Leads the design and implementation of a risk management framework for Qiddiya's projects. The role maintains risk registers, reports to senior management and builds risk awareness across project teams.

Main responsibilities

Design and establish a risk management framework tailored to Qiddiya's projects
Implement risk assessment and prioritisation tools and maintain project risk registers
Monitor and review risk mitigation strategies
Train project teams on risk processes and tools
Integrate risk management into project planning and decision-making
Prepare risk reports for senior management and facilitate risk workshops

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field; Master's preferred
Knowledge of risk assessment techniques and quantitative risk analysis tools
Experience developing and implementing risk management frameworks and governance
Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
Relevant certifications such as CRM or PMP are a bonus

Experience

8-10 years in risk management, including at least 5 years in a management role on large-scale projects.
