About the role
Leads health, safety and worker welfare delivery across Qiddiya's active construction portfolio. Ensures HSWW standards, construction safety compliance, incident response and welfare practices are implemented across contractors and delivery partners.
Main responsibilities
- Oversee construction safety risk assessments and integration of pre-construction safety requirements
- Lead delivery-phase safety audits and inspections across active sites
- Ensure compliance with national and international safety standards and KSA labour laws
- Direct PPE programme oversight, including procurement, distribution and compliance
- Lead investigation of worker incidents and root cause analysis
- Monitor corrective actions from inspections, incidents and welfare grievances to closure
