About the role

Leads the integration of security command, control, communications, intelligence and technology across Qiddiya Security Operations. Oversees the District Security Operations Centre and the governance of outsourced security contracts through the transition to steady-state city operations.

Main responsibilities

Define the integrated command, control and coordination model, including decision rights and escalation routes
Provide executive oversight of DSOC staffing, procedures, shift governance and operational reporting
Lead integration of CCTV, access control, alarms, communications and analytics into DSOC workflows
Direct coordination for major incidents, events and elevated security postures
Plan and oversee exercises testing DSOC, escalation and continuity
Govern security contracts, KPIs/SLAs and supplier performance and recovery
