Biography
With more than 27 years of experience across both the public and private sectors, I have led Administration, Security, Firefighting, Police Operations, Fire Safety Audits, and HSE functions in complex and demanding environments.
My professional journey began with the Egyptian Police and included service with United Nations missions (MINURSO & UNAMID), experiences that strengthened my leadership capabilities, strategic decision-making, and ability to manage critical situations in multicultural and high-risk environments. Building on this foundation, I transitioned to the private sector through leadership roles with AFIA International / SAVOLA Foods Egypt, GB Corp, and currently EVAGRO Egypt, where I have continued to develop expertise in administration, security management, HSE, risk management, business continuity, and operational excellence across diverse industries.
Supported by a Master's Degree in Management and more than 30 professional certifications and training programs, I have also designed, delivered, and facilitated numerous training and coaching initiatives in security, safety, emergency response, leadership, and operational readiness.
