Senior executive with over 24 years of leadership experience across retail, banking, healthcare, and public security in Egypt, the GCC, and North Africa. Combining strategic vision with operational excellence, I specialise in Loss Prevention, Security, Sustainability, ESG, HSE, enterprise risk management, and organisational transformation.
My career encompasses a decade of command experience with Egypt’s Ministry of Interior, followed by senior leadership roles at Carrefour (Majid Al Futtaim Retail), Barclays Bank, Andalusia Group, and Kazyon Retail. In my current regional role, I lead Group Loss Prevention, Security, and HSE across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Morocco, driving integrated strategies that safeguard people and assets, strengthen corporate governance, and enhance business resilience.
My executive approach extends beyond traditional security and risk management, positioning sustainability, ESG integration, and responsible business practices as strategic enablers of operational excellence, organisational resilience, and long-term value creation.
